Link and QR code
One URL for your counter, invoices, and email signature. Download or print the QR code from the dashboard.
Review requests for local businesses
ReputationFlow gives you one link and one QR code. Every customer sees your Google, Facebook, and Yelp pages, plus an optional private note.
Starter is free. Professional is $20 per month.
What the customer sees
How was your visit?
Your business
The same buttons appear for every rating. A private comment is optional and does not hide these links.
Step 1
Paste the Google review link from your Business Profile. Add Facebook or Yelp if you use them.
Step 2
Put it on the receipt, the check presenter, a text, or an email. Every customer gets the same page.
Step 3
See private notes in the dashboard and draft a reply. Public reviews still live on Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
One URL for your counter, invoices, and email signature. Download or print the QR code from the dashboard.
On the Professional plan, send a review request to a customer by email. The message links to the same public page.
Customers can leave a note for you. That note does not replace or block the public review buttons.
The page does not change based on the star rating. A 1-star tap and a 5-star tap show the same public links.
You get a review page, a QR code, and a dashboard for notes customers send you. The price is listed below. ReputationFlow does not publish review totals, revenue, ROI, customer counts, or testimonials.
Google, Facebook, and Yelp stay on the page for every star rating. A low rating does not remove those buttons.
Put the URL or QR code on a receipt, check presenter, invoice, or email signature. Customers open the review form from there.
If a customer writes a note for you, you see the note and the rating they picked. Public reviews stay on the site where they were published.
On Professional, generate a draft, change the wording, and paste it onto Google, Facebook, or Yelp yourself.
These pages describe how to ask in each trade. They are guides, not customer stories. ReputationFlow does not publish testimonials or usage numbers it cannot verify.
Patients decide on a dentist from the Google listing before they ever call. A short, consistent ask after treatment is more useful than a stack of software the front desk will not open.
Homeowners compare contractors on a handful of recent Google reviews. The job ends at the final walkthrough, which is the moment they will actually write one.
Guests already have their phone out when the check arrives. A QR code on the presenter beats a follow-up three days later that they will not open.
A salon’s Google listing is often the first page a new client sees. The best time to ask is while they are still at the chair, looking at the result.
Lawn care customers rarely visit a website. They hire from the truck, the neighbor’s yard, and the Google listing. Ask after a visit they can see.
Read the Birdeye and Podium comparisons if you are deciding between a full platform and a focused review link.
